We are very proud of our products and services. However If you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason please get in touch whereby we will cheerfully attend to the problem.

Please telephone us on 01623 870000 or fill out our 'contact form' to let us know about the problem. We will issue you with a Return Authorisation Number and request then we will request that you return your goods by recorded delivery or at the very least with proof of postage. 

Received Incorrect Goods?

If we have sent you something you haven’t ordered please let us know within seven days. You can return it within 28 working days (unused and in its original packaging, please) and, of course, we will refund the cost of the goods (excluding any postage/carriage costs).

Order Damaged in Transit?

Please let us know within seven days if your purchase was damaged in transit Out our discretion, we will replace the item free of charge. Just make sure you return the item in its original packaging and don't forget to get proof of postage.

Received Defective Goods?

If you receive an item that is defective, please contact us within seven days, informing us of the problem. You can return it within 28 working days (unused and in its original packaging please) for either a replacement or a refund.

Before returning:

If you ever receive something from the Screwsline, that seems in poor condition when you unpack it, contact us immediately, within 48 hours of recieving the goods. We might then ask you to send us a photograph, if possible, so that there is no doubt as to the item’s condition on arrival with you, as opposed to what it looks like by the time you return it to us.

How to Return a Screwsline Product:

We want you to be happy with every purchase from Screwsline If, however, you’ve do need to make a return, then simply follow these three easy steps:

Step 1: Please contact us within the allocated time period (highlighted above). Make sure that you give us your order number and we will instruct you on how to proceed based on the problem at hand.

Step 2: Returns should be addressed to:

Screwsline, The Cow Shed, Rufford Court, Wellow Road Eakring, Newark, Nottinghamshire, NG22 0DF

Step 3: Return the parcel. The easiest way is to use Royal Mail Standard Service. If sending from a mainland Post Office we would recommend obtaining a 'Proof of Postage' certificate. These are available free on request, just ask for one when you hand over your parcel.

Are returns free of charge?

Sorry, no. If you are returning a non-faulty product for a refund you will have to pay the full cost of return postage. Customers frequently ask us why we don’t offer free returns on everything. The answer is, we would like to but, if we did, the cost would have to be absorbed into the prices we charge for our products, which simply wouldn’t be fair. Of course, if we have sent you an incorrect or faulty product or something has been damaged in transit then there will be no charge for postage to return or replace the item.

Telephone Support

Our friendly support & sales team are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service however there maybe circumstances whereby we might not be able to answer the telephone immediately.

Typical examples of this are as follows: Absenteeism, dealing with pressing customer requirements, taken receipt of delivers, fire drills, emergencies, adverse weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances. 

If these or similar circumstances arise we aim to respond to all voicemail telephone messages with 48 hours and all email and contact form correspondence within 24 hours. In the event that a situation such as the aforementioned is ongoing we will communicate circumstance details on the home page of our website, providing regular updates as appropriate.
