New Old Stock
A traditional ’finishing screw’, ideally suited to conservation or restoration projects, this particular batch of ‘New Old Stock’ wood screw’s, is well suited to applications whereby an older vintage finish is required.
Unlike ‘Factory Bright’ traditional slotted wood screws, these are old stocks, displaying signs of age and patina.
They are rich and somewhat full toned in appearance, which is typically due to their age and high quality of brass.
As with all traditional slotted wood screws, for best results Screwsline recommends pre-drilling an appropriate pilot hole (both soft & hardwood) prior to application.
