Free Delivery on UK Mainland Orders over £35!

Great News! All UK mainland orders over £35 are eligible free standard delivery!

Orders placed under £35 are charged & calculated by weight, which is displayed at the checkout. Delivery costs and any applicable discounts are added on the checkout page prior to you making a payment.

For the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Scotland, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Isle of White & the Channel Isles, free standard delivery is available when you spend over £35 on orders weighing 0g to 1900g, for heavier orders postage is caluclated at checkout and is very reasonably priced.

All stock is weighed using calibrated scales and is accurately recorded, making sure we keep postage costs to a minimum. 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment (excluding weekends).

Our cut off time is 3:00 p.m for fast tracked courier services, however if we are working late and the courier hasn't arrived we will endevour to pick and dispatch your order that day, even if it's past the designated cut off time.

If you require a quote including shipping costs or wish to place an international or European order, simply add the products you require to your shopping basket. Once you have finished shopping, please proceed to the checkout and select one of the following; ‘New Customer’, 'Express Checkout'  or ‘Returning Customer’. 

Please complete your billing and delivery details, then review & submit your order. We will then email you a quotation which will include up to date shipping costs and estimated delivery time to your country.  All orders sent overseas are tracked & traceable and can be paid for, securely via a Pro-Forma invoice either by BACS, PayPal or Credit Card online.

Orders shipped outside of the EU can be subject to additional tariffs, taxes, delivery charges and export costs, therefore  we reserve the right under UK law, to decline quoting for orders to some destinations and countries due to customs and trade restrictions.

We dispatch & ship orders globally and are more than happy to assist all EU & Non EU customers with their order and shipping requirements. European & International delivery can therefore be arranged depending upon individual customer requirements.

We pay that little bit extra for our couriers and postal service, because safe delivery of your goods benefits everyone. We work with reputable providers such as Royal Mail, Fedex & DHL, rather than low budget options, ensuring that your screws will make their way to you in good time.

We also use high quality packaging materials ensuring the best possible protection for your screws!

I'm in the Area, Can I Collect FROM YOUR WAREHOUSE? 

YES, Of course you can, COME & Visit!

We can certainly accommodate those customers wanting to collect their screws, however please do call ahead, just to make sure we have your order ready and waiting for you. 

We are always welcoming of any customer paying us a visit and we haven’t gone down the fully automated ecommerce route, so here at Screwsline HQ you, can still pick up the telephone and talk to a real person (Usually, Andy or Louise) which we feel demonstrates that you dealing with a company that places high importance on building rapports and relationships with their customers.

We feel it’s important to trade within our local community. For local customers (5 mile radius of our warehouse), there is the possibility that we can arrange for one of our team to drop off your order. 

If we are passing your residence or business then this service is free of charge, however if not on route then we charge a small fuel charge to cover our costs for this service.

This service is by prior arrangement only and we reserve the right to offer this service at our discretion. The local drop-off service must be pre-arranged prior to placing an order with us thus we would kindly request that you must contact us to confirm between 9.30am – 4.30pm. We will then take payment over the telephone and arrange delivery as required.
